The Chelsea debut of the June Bridell Variety Hour. There’s dancing, singing, lip-syncing and a Diana Ross impersonation. This fabulous show was previously only performed in living rooms. The small gallery, Protest Space, will host a benefit exhibit to support ”Time’s Up“, the direct action environmental group. Artists include Seth Tobocman, Sam Sebren, Ellen Levin, Youme, Flash Light, Dave Tree and many more.

If you are headed to San Francisco in the near future here's an exhibit that you don't want to miss, "R. Crumb's Underground". The show features early work, collaborations old and new, and the world premiere of his “spool” drawings. The exhibit opened on March 16 and will run through July 8, 2007.
