"Brice Marden: A Retrospective of Paintings and Drawings," is worth heading up town to check out. The show includes more than fifty paintings and an equal number of drawings, organized chronologically, drawn from all phases of the artist's career. Two new large-scale paintings exhibited for the first time are included. In "Dylan: A Biography," Marden recalls hanging out with Edie Sedgwick in Bob Dylan's room at the Chelsea and that it was "in a state of perpetual disarray."
