Crime In The City

     Time Out New York is a load of laughs this week.  As one of their suggested "Staycations" -- that's a vacation where you stay in the city -- they suggest you check into the Chelsea Hotel and ask for room 100, Sid's room. As if the desk clerks don't have enough nonsense to drive them crazy as it is.
     So those of you on the first floor, look out.  Here comes a whole new wave of morbid punks.  For the last time, there is no room 100! 
     And by the way, Umberto's (another recommended stop) is in a new location now -- it's not the same building where Joe Gallo was killed.  So, I guess, ask your waiter to show you the bullet holes!
