Andy Warhol superstar and former Chelsea Hotel resident Ultra Violet opens her own solo show at Stux Gallery. Ultra Violet’s multimedia works feature different meditations on the power of light to convey emotional meaning, according to the gallery, and use the artist’s signature neon, including I Bear Witness of the Light (2005), which features the numbers "9" and "11" in blazing red neon Roman numerals.
