that he doesn't want to go forward with another nightclub," Sources say international discount-clothing retailer H&M is the likely main tenant for the space, which features triple-height ceilings and mezzanine levels."
Soon this whole town will be a mall.

Honestly... this makes me cry. How sad is it that all the places that were home to new york's nightlife legends are disappearing and/or being transformed into lifeless retail.
